HCLC faculty and staff bring a combined background of academic, field and industry experience to the learning table. These individuals have worked as engineers, started businesses, designed and fabricated products, worked with non-profits and participated in many other endeavors that prove them to be uniquely qualified to provide guidance and instruction to HCLC students.

In addition, several HCLC staff members are themselves Hampshire alums, with personal experience of the Divisional process and learning approaches that Hampshire offers.
